Baseball: The baseball season is most likely over unless the World Series goes long. In that case, you still have a couple games of baseball left.
Basketball: The NBA season is entering its second month of play and there will be games pretty much every day of the week all month long.
November is also the month when college basketball season starts. There will be a number of tournaments, Midnight Madness, and inter-conference showdowns throughout the month.
